Mold Quality Management

Uni Tooling is TUV ISO9001:2000 certificated factory. We are strictly following this standard and continually strive to Improve our Quality Management System,which allows us to deliver the highest-quality products on time.

Incoming material inspection:
Purchase mold base, steel from worldwide famous and steady supplier, such as LKM, DME, HASCO, Husky, YUDO. Raw material certification will be required together with each lot and will be under strict inspection.

Design Qualification and Mold fabrication:
Every mold manufactured by Uni Tooling is constantly monitored for quality during the whole manufacturing process. Preliminary mold designs are submitted before any steel is ordered, and reviewed with the customer. Timely Project Schedule will be reported to customer, and will provide complete dimensional report after every trial.

Measurement & testing equipment:
Our state-of-the-art inspection department is fully equipped with the latest in mechanical measuring devices and supporting software to provide for accurate and repeatable dimensions.
