Design for manufacturability ：
UNI TOOLING's goal is to create a design that is manufacturable and meets our customers' expectations. Design for Manufacturability begins with understanding your concept and continues through design, prototype and production phases of the project.
We can start from your hand drawn prints and specifications to design plastic parts to be molded. Or we can start from your existing parts and make changes according to the new design.

Mold flow analyze:
Mold flow software can forecast the problem before injection to avoid mistake 。 For example, how to change thickness, shape, injection gate or material to improve product character. Mold flow can also analyze th e detailed information including melting mark , air venting flow time, pressure and the temperature.
